Board of Regents

The governing body for Sanbaltar International University shall be the University Board of Regents; who shall also serve as the corporate trustees.  This governing board shall possess and exercise all legal power to establish and review fundamental policies that govern the institution; and shall:  protect the financial integrity of the institution; hire, evaluate the performance, and meet regularly; as determined by the Board.
